By using or creating an account on Rewardjust, you accept these Terms and Conditions and any applicable laws and regulations that may govern your usage. Should you disagree with any term herein, then you have no choice but to desist from using this website or its tracking features.

2. Eligibility and Account Liability

• You must be over 18 years of age and be legally competent to make binding contractual arrangements.
• You are required to maintain up-to-date and correct registration information.
• You alone will be accountable for managing your account information and any action performed via the dashboard portal.

3. Creator and Influencer Commitments

Influencers who join the platform commit themselves to:

• All social media traffic statistics, engagements, and analytics shared during onboarding and campaign execution shall be 100% genuine.
• That they will not use bot accounts, forced click scripts, rewarded traffic, or any other kind of promotion scheme to manipulate affiliate tracking.
• Advertising materials created in support of any campaign meet international advertising standards mandating clear disclosure of promotional connections.

4. Brand and Merchant Commitments

Brands using the network commit themselves to:

• Accurately configure reward rules and tracking URLs well before campaign launch.
• Pay out according to approved performance conversions within their tier parameters without unreasonable delays.
• That they will not use custom tracking URLs or product feeds in order to avoid valid affiliate tracking.

5. Fees, Commission, and Payment Structures

• Attribution Solution: The computation of commissions is done exclusively on the basis of tracking information gathered by the Rewardjust server setup. In case of any inconsistency in the system, we stand firm on our record.
• Payment System: Automated payment is sent via our selected third party international payment gateway within the set threshold limit.
• Taxes: Users bear complete responsibility of declaring and paying any regional, national, or international taxes that may arise from the earnings made.

6. Forbidden Actions and Fraud Avoidance

At Rewardjust, we have a strict zero-tolerance approach against the abuse of the system. These include:

• Employing techniques such as cookie stuffing, hidden frame display, and self-referrals.
• Conducting any action which may interfere or threaten the structure of our proprietary tracking system.
• Identity fraud and financial frauds.

7. Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding the foregoing and to the maximum extent possible under the law, Rewardjust will under no circumstances be responsible or liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use its ecosystem of platforms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted under the provisions of international business laws. All legal claims and disputes arising out of these terms will be decided by the authorized courts in our primary registered location only.

9. Amendment to Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions anytime without notice. The continued use of the portal after the updates will mean your acceptance of these changes.
